URBAN ACROBATICS

Urban Acro is an exciting new form of movement where participants learn to overcome any obstacle or structure in their path; think of it as a gymnastics version of parkour and freerunning. Athletes will learn a variety of fundamental skills such as running, jumping, tumbling, and climbing, as well as more advanced skills such as vaults and flips. The goal is to learn to move through space quickly and gracefully with athletic style and pizzazz!
